I have recently retired as a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. 

I am not an attorney. I carry a $1,000,000 provided level of Errors and Omissions Coverage with biBERK, a Berkshire Hathaway Company. I live in Union County, work in Mecklenburg County, and will travel to other nearby counties in North Carolina including Anson, Cabarrus and Stanly. I will come to you for your Oath or Attestation needs by appointment.
